I’m a 26 year old female. I’ve been competing in rodeo all my life . In the events called the Ladies Steer Undecorating and the Ladies Breakaway. I’ve also done quite a bit of filming such as most of the stunts in the movie HARRIET , Shows like the Walking Dead , and The Good Lord Bird etc . Also trained in kick boxing, and jujitsu.
What inspired you to become a stunt performer?
I would say it was a special person in my life that inspired me to be a stunt performer and that person is April Weeded-White. She truly has pushed me to be the best I can be in and out the arena or behind the camera !
What is your greatest skill as a stunt performer, is there a stunt behind it?
Horse back riding. And Yes a scene in the Good Lord Bird
What is the best part about being a stunt performer?
The best part about being a stunt performer is the adrenaline rush!
Tell your all-time favorite stunt story!
My all time favorite stunt story is the a rehearsal I did during the Good Lord Bird ( A roll back off of the horse)
What advice would you give other stunt performers?
The advice I would give any stunt performer or upcoming stunt performer is to Sit , Listen, and Learn! Take notes, Study, and Try to apply what you learned.
